Nepal ITINERARY (Kathmandu-Pokhara-Lumbini-Dhulikhel/Nagarkot-Kathmandu) - 7 Days

Detailed Itinenary

• Day 01

  Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, our representatives will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel. After refreshment and lunch, you will be briefed about the tour by our guide and start an interesting tour around Kathmandu city. To give you a taste of Nepalese culture, heritage and local people, you will be escorted to infamous Kathmandu Valley UNESCO World Heritage Sites Kathmandu Durbar Square and Swoyambhunath Stupa. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 02

  We will drive to Pokhara after the morning breakfast at the hotel. You will be escorted to the hotel directly for check-in and lunch. After the lunch, we will drive to Davis Falls, where you can witness a water fall that underground cave that has been carved by the power flow of the water. Afterwards, you will be escorted to Phewa Lake. The view of Fishtail and other mountains reflected in the lake, the little island and the Tal Barahi temple in the middle, the white stupa on the top of the hill and the gliders jumping from Sarangkot, all at once can be seized in the mild breeze over the Phewa Lake. At Phewa Lake, you can choose a different type of boats; the traditional or old-fashioned one joined two boats with planks & pedals in the middle, rowboats, and sailboats to modern fibred-body sailboats and wooden ones. After a long day, you will spend your evening strolling at the infamous Lakeside Pokhara. Lakeside Pokhara is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. The scene is a chilled-out version of Kathmandu's Thamel neighbourhood, filled with antique shops, gift shops, Nepalese handicraft and paintings shops, and restaurants and bars. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 03

  Early in the morning, you will drive to Sarangkot to view the sunrise. Sarangkot is one of the best places in Nepal where you can see sunrise and panoramic mountain views. After Sarangkot, we will drive to the World Peace Pagoda. Afterwards, we will get back to the hotel and have breakfast before you spend your day relaxing at the infamous Lakeside Pokhara. Lakeside Pokhara is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. The scene is a chilled-out version of Kathmandu's Thamel neighbourhood, filled with antique shops, gift shops, Nepalese handicraft and paintings shops, and restaurants and bars. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 04

  After having breakfast at the hotel, we will drive to Lumbini and to the hotel directly to check in and lunch. After lunch, we will visit Lumbini Garden. Lumbini is the Buddha's birthplace. Lumbini Garden which covers an area of 2.56 sq. km encompassing over 25 Buddhist monasteries built by various countries from China, Japan, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Germany, Vietnam, France and more. We will also visit Mayadevi Temple, which dates back to 2200 years, where archaeologists have identified the exact spot where Lord Buddha was born. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 05

  Breakfast will be served at the hotel before we leave for Ramgram, also known as Ramagrama. This Buddhist pilgrimage site, which was constructed some 2500 years ago, contains relics of Gautama Buddha. Ramgram stupa remains the only intact and original stupa containing relics of Lord Buddha. The stupa has been an object of great reverence and pilgrimage site since its original construction. The 7-metre-high (23 ft) stupa is now buried under a mound of earth and is awaiting further research. We will drive back to the hotel in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 06

  We will drive to Kathmandu in the morning (about 8-9 hrs). After arrive at Kathmandu, will be escorted to infamous Kathmandu Valley UNESCO World Heritage Sites Bouddhanath Stupa and Swoyambhunath Stupa. Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 07

  You will be escorted to the Airport on time for your flight after a breakfast at the hotel.
